WiFi version 3 released.

Version 3 of the on board WiFi drivers has been released. The update is WLanBWFM 0.10.

The changes are that WiFi access points should be listed with strongest at the top of the menu and there are bug fixes such that WiFi should be more stable.

The RPi400 remains limited to Open or WEP connections.

Version 3 is running on the RPi4 at what looks to be reasonable speeds. Previously version 2 would disconnect itself from 5GHz WiFi but that has not happened so far with version 3.
