This purpose of this call is to allow the colours used by the hourglass to be set or read.
Colours are specified as &xxBBGGRR.
With the default pointer shape, colour 1 is cyan (the hourglass background) and colour 3 is blue (hourglass foreground elements – body, ‘sand’, percentage, LEDs, etc.)
The colours are reset each time the hourglass appears.
