h6. Programmer's Reference Manuals h6(. » *Commands h6((. » *Configure Language h2. *Configure Language h4. Use This *Command sets the configured language used at power-on. h4. Syntax *Configure Language _module_number_ h4. Parameters |<^{width:8em}. _module_number_|<^. Number of module to be run at power-on| h4. Notes The unusual word 'Language' for this command is for backwards compatibility with earlier versions of the Operating Systems. The default value is the desktop. The _module_number_ is specified by the number returned by *Modules command. Numbers may differ depending on versions of the Operating System, and whether modules have been added or removed. If a machine is configured to go to the desktop, *and* to run a file using *Exec, it will not enter the desktop. A machine must be configured as one or the other, but not both. This is because the desktop module checks on entry if a file is being run using *Exec, and if so, exits. h4.
