Use This service is issued when the softcopy of the RTC has been re-initialised from the hardware RTC, e.g. via [[OS_ResyncTime]]. h4. Notes This service call is for informational purposes only and must not be claimed. It indicates that the UTC time that is maintained by the kernel has been updated. The [[TerritoryManager]] will also report an updated local time, however note that TerritoryManager will only update the DST state when it receives the service call, so attempting to read the local time from within this service call may return incorrect values. [[Service_TimeZoneChanged]] will be issued by the territory manager if and when the timezone information has been corrected. This call is generated by RISC OS 5.22 and later, and RISC OS Select. h4.
