Tinted filer window backgrounds

This is a relatively simple bounty but which could add a useful improvement to the RISC OS desktop experience.

The idea is to tint filer window backgrounds to help differentiate between related windows from different paths. The level of tint could be adjusted depending upon how deeply nested a particular filer window’s path is.

There is a discussion of this feature request on the ROOL forum here and ROOL will be happy to discuss and agree any proposed solution with potential bounty claimants before work starts.

One part of this bounty which will need to be included will be adjustments to the existing FilerSetup configuration plug-in to control and configure this new behaviour.
