Software testing on Raspberry Pi

I’d like some help with testing packaged, easy-to-install software on the Raspberry Pi.

Rather than cluttering up the Announcements forum with lots of posts say what works and what doesn’t, I’ve started a new thread in the General forum and I’d appreciate it if you could follow and reply there to report what works and what doesn’t.

Currently there’s 267 packages available, so any help in this respect would be appreciated.
