Hi All, The eleventh full release of StrongED 4.69 can found on the StrongED website The download contains a copy of StrongED that has all modes installed to make sure that they are compatible with 4.69f11. The modes available from the website will updated, where appropriate, with versions that take advantage of new features that are offered by StrongED 4.70 once that’s been released. The updated modes will not work with 4.69f9. Changes in StrongED 4.69f11 (from 4.69f10)
A full list of changes starting from the initial release 4.69f1 through to 4.69f11 is included in the download. As always, all feedback is welcome and appreciated! |

This makes me remember that a few months ago I used for a while StrongED and noted a few things that could be copied from Zap. I mostly forgot about it but IIRC there was: - A right click on a LoF/Throwback window in Zap removed that entry from the list (or all entries related to a given file when right clicking on the filename). This makes it easy to remove the entries which you have checked/worked on and keep only the entries which you have yet to work on. |

In StrongED you can use Shift-click to remove an entry from a LoF/Throwback window. A Shift-click on a filename will remove all entries for that file.
Most writable icons already have histories attached to them. Clicking Menu over a writable icon will pop up the history menu for that icon. You can also cycle through the history entries using PageUp / PageDown or Ctrl-O. There is an option in Global Choices > Edit that controls if the ‘old’ text is shown when a dialogue box is opened. In 4.70 the presence of a history menu is made clearer by having a button for a pop-up menu next to the writable field. |
