Draw Display

I have written a simple application to display a draw file in a window.

It makes visible a little utilised part of the draw file specification – the ability to nest groups of objects and to give each group a textual name of up to 12 characters.

It displays the nested groups of the smallest group object over which the mouse is hovering. It allows the relevant group object to be made invisible by clicking ADJUST and visible again by clicking SELECT.

This uses draw file object &4C0 – invisible group object – which all applications should render correctly as unknown objects should be rendered as invisible.

At present it simply illustrates the grouping of a draw file. An example draw file, with all its objects named, is provided.

In due course it may do something more useful …
