Final call for votes in the 2020 awards poll

The 2020 RISC OS Awards poll has now been under way for more than two months, which means it’s time to announce a final deadline for votes. This has now been set at the end of this month; 30th June. If you have yet to vote, therefore, it’s now time to don your thinking caps and decide exactly what you want to vote for in each of the categories at riscosawards.co.uk. As usual, most of the categories feature up to six options, any of which can be voted for by selecting it – but there’s also an option to vote for something else that you might feel deserves it; simply tick the option to register an alternative vote, and put what you’re voting for in the text box. There is usually one category where only a text vote is offered, for best overall contributor, allowing you to vote for anyone, group, or company, but this year that approach has been extended to the best show or event category due to the unusual circumstances of last year (and this). To help with your decision when it comes to alternative votes – and for the best overall contributor and best show or event categories, an updated run down of the alternative votes received so far can be found on RISCOSitory.com. |
