DeskWatcher updated to V0.09

My commercial RISC OS application DeskWatcher has been updated to version 0.09.

DeskWatcher is a screen sharing program. This means that with DeskWatcher you can show the content of the screen of a RISC OS based computer on another
RISC OS based computer by making usage of a network connection and if necessary, you can take control of mouse and keyboard on the distant computer for a while.

In V0.09 two errors have been corrected and some new features have been added

- Shooting movies from recorded screen activities in conjunction with MakeMJPEG
- Configuration windows for server settings, client settings and server users

Have made a small video with the new feature “record screen activities”. Made mjpeg from record file with MakeMJPEG and convert to mp4 and mpg . I reduce the resolution from 1280×720 to 720×406 for a better handling. All made on Titanium with no additional hardware (e.g. hdmi capture device).
Very nice work.

A few artefacts, but cool.
BTW, I really need to check your video software Raik. It could replace my current PC tools.

Is without a piece of “my” video software.
Unfortunately, I didn’t find time to bring the project forward last year.
Here I only converted the DeskWatcher “recordfile” under DeskWatcher with MakeMJPEG and then with ffmpeg in the command line…
So the main work was done by Thomas software.
With the latest Version of MakeMJPEG you can create something like this, if you have a folder full of suitable sprites / jpeg … ;-)
