FF_Cut

Next small piece of my VideoED project.

Is a GUI for cutting videos. Was/is the first attempt with monitoring the timeline via ffplay (thanks to Chris Martin for the SimpleMonitor code and Anton Reiser for the help to understand).
Ffplay will run in a nested Window (thanks to Thomas Milius for the “window catcher”).
FF_Cut needs FFPlay for the preview and to collect the cutpoints. Ffmpeg (EABI) is needed for cutting.
Is alpha status but works for me most of the time.
