DigitalCD, KinoAmp and DiskSample: AAC support

I have added support for AAC-LC + SBR (HE-AAC) + PS (HE-AACv2) in DiskSample and updated DigitalCD (.aac and .mp4 files + internet radios) and KinoAmp (MPEG-TS with AAC in ADTS).

Please read carefully the DigitalCD instructions as you will need to modify your mimemap file.

A new filetype A62 (ADTS) was defined for .aac files (AAC encapsulated in ADTS frames).
Filetype A64 is used for MP4, but since the container is both for audio and video I have not associated it to DigitalCD. I suggest you map your audio .mp4 and .m4a files to type A62 to avoid interferences between DigitalCD and video players like MPlayer or FFPlayer.
