Head on over to https://croftnuisk.co.uk/coltsoft/pipedream to read the Release Notes. Highlights since 4.60.03 being: . Engineering format for the TEXT spreadsheet function updated to match Resolution 3 of the 27th CGPM (2022) – ‘On the extension of the range of SI prefixes’; . Interactive Help messages more consistent with RISC OS User and Style Guides. As usual, an updated package should magically appear in PackMan very soon and may be installed from there. There’s an updated PipeDream-Manuals package to accompany this release, or you can find documentation online: Getting Started Guide and Reference Guide The inquisitive may like to examine the source code at https://github.com/skswales/colton-software-pipedream4 |

Which was shortly followed by its friend PipeDream 4.62, which saves 44 KiB at startup, as well as fixing a RISC OS 3.1 wacky visual feature. |

I’ve been on 4.55 for a few years and recently upgraded to 4.59 then 4.62. First thing I noticed is that the keyboard commands are all ‘broken’. So e.g. Ctrl+B C no longer does a block copy but enters Bold C. Was this a design decision, or is it just broken? If it is design then it is catastrophic for me because I have loads of things that use my KlikMacro app to inject keyboard commands to PipeDream. I hope this can be resolved or I’m stuck on 4.55. |

For many of us, that was a significant boost in usability…
From the release notes for 4.56: “PipeDream 4 menus and keyboard shortcuts are now a little more Style Guide compliant. Users who prefer the previous behaviour may wish to head to the iconbar menu and turn on Classic menus and Save Choices.” |

Certainly ones memory doesn’t get better with age :-( As the two in the USA sort of prove :-/ |
