To track Lua 5.4.5 rc1 RiscLua now has version 545VFP. This fixes bugs in Lua 5.4.4 and has some internal improvements. |

Whoops. Missing hyphen on the webpage for 545vfp-src.zip is the problem. It should be OK now. Thanks for letting me know. |

The current version of Lua is now 5.4.6, a hasty change. RiscLua is now version 546VFP. The change from 545VFP to 546VFP is miniscule, a couple of lines of source code, and unlikely to affect any RiscLua user who is not using multiple coroutines. |

You might want to look at that, the links show and download a package labelled as 545, but the innards say “RiscLua 546VFP 2023/05/02” |

Thanks. I know. Very gratifying that you have noticed. Should I leave things like that, for the sake of inertia, conservation of energy and the principle of living dangerously, or should I rename the zip file and the inner part of the link in case others suffer the same twinge of doubt? I ought to do the latter, of course. Eeny meeny, …. . |

Tweak the nose of indolence and inertia? :) |

The link to the 546 sources is 404-ing, too. |

Sorry, it was that damned hyphen again. It should be OK now. Remember to clear the browser’s cache. |

Which browser? In many, clicking the refresh icon with a key held (Ctrl usually) will force a full refetch. On Firefox for Android, tap-hold the refresh icon does likewise. |

usually a case of ctrl-F5 and no mouse involved |
