Are there some reasonably high power electric car chargers near the venue? |

Here’s what I found: Droitwich Spa has 3 different sites offering DC charging (Lidl, BP and “Castle Droitwich”). Worcestershire Parkway (off junction 7 of the M5) has 22 AC chargers (22kW, i.e. max 11kW per socket). Typical recharge time: 3-4 hours. Motorway service stations – with one exception – have DC charging. The closest are M5 Strensham (northbound services only), M5 Frankley and M42 Hopwood Park. Note that Strensham southbound has no EV chargers whatsoever. |

Please forgive me as I’m cheating, but I thought it was a good question to ask in this day and age. I’m not planning on coming, but if I were, it would be about a 200 mile round trip, which puts it comfortably within the range of one charge for me. But I’d probably stop somewhere for refreshments and a charge, if only a partial one. Sorry some more, this is now in Aldershot territory! |

RISC OS Developments will be attending the MUG Show and will have free codes for access to the Iris browser beta available at the show, as well as copies of RISC OS Direct and more. Just drop by the RISC OS Developments table, and grab an Iris coupon/leaflet to join the beta. :) As usual, we’re happy to talk about our projects and plans, so why not have a chat whilst your there? |

Damn… Come on guys, smile for the camera! The closest we got was the woman behind the RK3399 monitor. Everybody else looked like they had just finished reading another of Sveinung’s messages… |

Ah, so the new stealth tracker add-on for RiscOSM was judged to be faulty when it displayed France as Ricks location, instead of en-route from Aldershot? |
