DigitalCD 3.16 and DiskSample 0.59

Hello,

I have added support for ALAC and APE lossless audio formats.
I also added parsing of the CUE files often associated to files that rip a complete CD. This provide timing and info for each track in the file and allows the use of Shift-Rewind/Forward to jump to each track in the file.

EDIT: Updated to DiskSample 0.60 to fix messed up FLAC and APE replay.
EDIT2: Updated to DiskSample 0.61 as new section related SWIs did not check that the stream was ready and could trigger a division by 0. Still don’t understand that I never tripped that one and a user had to report it to me.
