DiskSample 0.62

The new version adds support for https shoutcast/icecast radios and works with IPv6 (tested with http, could not found an IPv6 https radio). Also adds support for a few rare file format variants.

Notes for C developers with regards to IPv6:

1. I used the ROOL TCP-IP Beta1 release made a few years located here
2. AF_INET6 constant differs between ROD and ROOL stacks, so when I had to distinguish between AF_INET and AF_INET6 adresses, I paid attention to always test against the AF_INET constant.
3. usual calls like socket(), connect(), … are translated to SWI calls and work as directly but the other calls are handled by the library itself won’t like the ipv6 adresses returned by the ROD Resolver. An example is inet_ntop() which translate ip adresses into text, you have to patch the family field of ipv6 adresses with the ROOL AF_INET6 constant for it to work properly.
