TWimp information in the next Archive article: The next TWimp article will show how to make a simple form with writable icons, radio buttons, option buttons and how to get TWimp to group your radio buttons. There will even be a nice trick shown that can grey them out automatically depending on if an option button is selected. Plus, we will even save the settings and load them back in with just a couple of lines of code. Download the demo from www.ro32.co.uk PS. I know, I should have more tutorials on my website. Coming in the next few months. Promise. What will be on the site will be different to what appears in the magazines, at least initially. Subscribe and get the tutorials faster.
For those who do not subscribe to Archive, I hope to have articles up on ro32.co.uk by the middle of March. These will discuss different topics to those in any magazine articles, eventually they will overlap but magazines will get a different angle. Remember that the TWimpDemo has restrictions on how many items you can make but other than that is currently fully functional. Programs that fit in the demo version can be distributed free of charge. Hint: Try using pre:“Before” and post:“After” to put a label before or after any icon definition. This does not add to your item usage so you get this for free! |
