OvHTML v0.49R

While the latest version for RISC OS on my website was v0.41 or so, the latest source I could find was 0.36.
Not to worry, I spent a lot of the day diffing each file with the v0.49W (Windows) build, to backport all the modifications made to the RISC OS version, plus build it fresh for RISC OS 5.

The job has done, but since the code is nearly a decade old, I’ve not made any changes other than the updates in the later source files. I’m not planning on doing anything much other than bug fixing, but I thought there ought to at least be a proper build for the new architectures.
