New RISC OS Computer Available

Been browsing around on http://www.riscosbits.co.uk/ and notice that they’re offering a new RISC OS computer, the PiSSD, which is based around a Rasbperry Pi (no news if it will work with other flavours of Pi). Looks like quite an interesting offering that turns a Pi into a small computer with built in mSATA socket. My wife has kindly agreed to get me one for Christmas…although it does have a somewhat long lead time but at least I’ve got one on order! Great to see more RISC PC hardware available…this last 12 months has been fantastic. Long may it continue! |

Are you a man or a spouse? |

Er…what? Being male and being married makes me both…unless as I have long suspected I was replaced at birth by creatures from the planet Zarg? |

I don’t get it either. I think it’s kind of sweet of your wife to get you one for Christmas. |

Just an attempt at a bit of humour – obviously misplaced! |

No offence taken…just a bit confused is all! |

Or maybe it’s intentional? Wouldn’t want to be overly serious! |

maybe ? I was rather expecting the PiPOD’s to be green cased and hold more than one Pi… |
