SatNav 1.40 released

The GPS application for RISC OS (!SatNav) has been updated to version 1.40 (RC1) and now allows several optional hardware items: an IIC text display, an IIC OLED display, a PaPiRus Zero 2" electronic ink display and a Witty Pi 2 (to control power on and off via alarm 1 and GPIO 4). Where the optional hardware is not present, behaviour is sensibly adapted.

Now updated to 1.40 rc6 (5-Apr-2017). Shows a walk around Bewdley with RiscOSM showing the ‘computer’ position AND (where close enough to the railway, but not otherwise) the corresponding nearest point on SVR and its milepost mileage.
