I have only web access, and no mag. Archive is very difficult to buy from France.
Even if more pricey, a Paypal option would be nice.

No, this is not possible. I have two banks, and none of them permit to do direct transfers to non Euro banks. One could, but with very high fees. I’m probably not the only in France to have this problem.

I have accounts in France and in the UK (England). I would be happy to offer you a service at the basic Visa rate on the day of transfer, no commission charges, if that would be helpful to you. That would be a personal favour, and would not constitute any sort of business arrangement, and would only be for relatively small sums.
