New RISC OS Game Released! 'Cyborg'

We are pleased to announce that a new RISC OS game has been released.

Cyborg is now available for download from the PlingStore (http://www.plingstore.org.uk)

Cyborg is a new RISC OS game presented in 16 million colours developed using

Summary:

You are a Cyborg treasure hunter and have traveled to Castle CyberDroid on a quest for ancient treasures. You were able to weaken the castle’s security system, but were unfortunately not able to fully disable it. Security robots are being teleported into the rooms near your location. Also, ‘Buzz’, a holgrammatic energy field will activate should you spend more than 30 seconds in any given room.
Collect all of the treasure on each level and head to the teleport. Good luck!

Please note, if you bought Cyborg at the Wakefield show or the development kit, then I recommend downloading the update from the Plingstore. I have made some improvements to Cyborg including an extra game map as well as some bug fixes.

I am also planning to make improvements to the graphics. I’ve had some graphics contributed post release by a third party & have some thoughts on enhancing the overall look of the game.
