Raspberry Pi on sale

Is anyone here able to share whether or not enquiries are being made to try and borrow a board for the Wakefield Show?

Another 4 days later it has been rescheduled to w/c 14th May.

Either way, it wouldn’t surprise me if things are delayed a little bit beyond the original estimates.

Has anyone who registered with RS heard anything? I completed their form, and got an auto response, but have heard nothing else.

I registered with RS but have heard nothing. On the other hand yesterday I managed to place an order with Farnell.

Got Pi :) Anything need testing?

I’ve got a Real Time Clock Module that needs testing. But whilst drivers for the chip are in RISC OS and Linux sources. No Raspberry Pi I2C driver for either OS exists yet. Fancy writing one?
Also if anyone has a Raspberry Pi and won’t be using it until RISC OS is released on it, we need to lay our hands on one to test case designs and other hardware items like 3.5" composite LCD’s which we can do under Linux! So bottom line is we would really appreciate if we could borrow one and would return it with extra goodies!
