Keyboard not working via avalanche

I am running RPCEmu 0.9.3 RISC OS 5.27 on a Dell XPS Windows 10 laptop. Everything is working well when using the laptop directly, but when I use avalanche on an ARMX6 to control the Laptop the ARMX6 keyboard does not work inside RPCEmu. The keyboard works on other apps in the Windows environment.

Any ideas as to why? I can’t find any settings that might be relevant.
