RPCEmu Shutdown Error Message - macOS

Not sure why this could be happening. I start RPCEmu by clicking on RPCEmu-Recompiler application, this normally starts as you would expect. The process when I shutdown RPCEmu by selecting Shutdown from the menu on the last Icon on the right of the IconBar. Once you click on Shutdown, after a few seconds you get the message from RISC OS "The computer is now ready to be switched off, there is also a Restart button. If I click on the Restart button I get the following error message from RISC OS "Bad PC fc001000 fc001000. If I select the Ok button on this error message, then RPCEmu completely shuts down. When the above happens I then just start RPCEmu as normal. Not sure why this error message is happening, is it a bug or maybe an error that I may have made somewhere or doing something wrong. Using RISC OS 5.28 and macOS Big Sur Version 11.0.1 Thank you. |

It’s a known issue affecting all hosts. The workaround is to set the RAM to 256MB in Settings. |

David, Thank you for your post. To set the RAM to 256MB, do you mean setting the RAM Disc to 256MB, if not how do you do this. Will the RAM need to be set every time RISC OS is started, if not how do you set this option permanently. Thank you. |

It’s emulating a Risc PC which can have a number of different settings for the amount of RAM. |
