RPCEmu blowing up on RISC OS 5.20

This may be a general 5.20 bug rather than RPCEmu (0.8.10) – I’ve just installed a clean RPCEmu install with RISC OS 5.20, but noticed if I turn on the auto-date and time plugin, then it blows up about 10 seconds after the OS starts. If I (quickly) turn it off from !Boot, then it seems to be OK. Error is: Bad opcode 14 41435452 at 2014DDA0. Alex. |

RISC OS 5.19 did something similar on RPCEmu 0.8.9. I reported that on the RPCEmu mailing list in January. http://www.riscos.info/pipermail/rpcemu/2013-January/001836.html The tmp files mentioned in that message are no longer on my site, by the way. |

RPCEmu0810 / RO520: Here, there is no problem with the ‘Try’ button when the time server is set to ntp2b.mcc.ac.uk . However, if the time is ‘Set manually’, it seems that the time is taken from the host machine, so why bother with setting it from the network? |
