Attach Disc Image to RPCemu

Hello,

i am trying to get a 2 GB hard disc image to work with RPCemu. I’ve created a empty 2 GiB file with DD and named it hd4.hdf.

Now what to do next? Whenever i try to load it in RPCemu, nothing happens. It seems that RISC OS even does not see the attached hard drive as !HForm tells me that there are no harddiscs. What i am missing?

If you are using RISC OS 5 then what you are missing is that IDE support doesn’t work with RPCemu! You have to use HostFS with RO5.

thanks for the Info, i didn’t knew that RPCemu in combination with RO5 doesn’t support IDE attached harddrive images.
