Hi, I’ve compiled rpcemu, D/L the HardDisc4.5.20.util and IOMD-Soft.5.20.zip rom. I can boot on it, move the !Boot folder from HardDisc4 to hostfs ; but when I try to reboot rpcemu, the boot is stuck, here are the last messages on console :
I tried to compile both with and w/o —enable-dynarec ; doesn’t change behaviour. My rpc.cfg is following : model = RPC710 Any hints ? |

No one has got around to writing a specific guide for the Linux build of RPCEmu – however in both Windows and Mac OSX versions the advice1 is to run with StrongARM emulation configured. model = RPCSA Drop the VRAM to 0 as another test. 1 The windows version certainly has problems if you don’t the SA emulation with RO5.2x |

It’s on my to do list – might get on to it in a few moments at work when I finish the new FreeRADIUS on Debian setup. |

Thanks, it’s okay now. BTW I tried to put “model = StrongARM” but it falls back to RPC710. I didn’t find “RPCSA” option in documentation. |
