Sound delay

Whilst testing the latest RO5.21 ROM under RPCEmu, I’ve noticed there’s nearly a 1 second delay in sound.

I can’t say I’ve tested sound on RPCEmu before, is this delay normal?

Turning off “Reduce CPU Usage” resolves this problem.
