Sometime back I reported on this forum that I couldn’t login to Co-operative bank with Otter browser, failing at the point where two digits of the PIN have to be entered, the first digit vanishing when the second digit is entered. Well I have just succeeded with OBrowser, and what I tried may be useful to others on this or other websites. So read on …… Instead of entering the digits using the drop down menus, use the tab key to get to each field and then you can enter the digit from the keyboard. On entering the second digit, the first doesn’t vanish and you’re in! I actually discovered this on a Linux computer running Firefox. Can Chris Gransden or some other web expert comment on why this works, but using the drop down menus doesn’t? |
