How to display font glyphs

!Chars and !XChars are useful for viewing fonts but are limited to 256 entries. Some fonts have many more than 256 characters.
Is there a way to display the extra glyphs for characters beyond the first 256?

!Chars 2.00 and later supports this – grab a copy from the nightly harddisc4 image if you don’t have it already.

Thanks – indeed, I already had Chars 2.03 but had not spotted that changing the encoding drop-down coupled with a change of Category drop-down would display more stuff.
