Struggling to install RiscOS on SD Card for RPi

Hi,

I do not understand why, but I am struggling to install a SD Card with RiscOS for Raspberry Pi.
In the past, I successfully created SD card for my BeagleBoard-xM and my OpenPandora, using !SystemDisk
Finally, I thought that installing the 2GB SD image should work, but I got the same issue as after installing from scratch with SystemDisk.
On boot up, I got the message “Machine startup has not completed succesfully: ‘The disc drive is empty’”.

Any clue what is wrong?

Which version of RPi?
Which SD card image did you use?
How did you copy image to SD card?

• RC15 SD 2GB Using Win32DiskImager on a 2GB SD card
• I also try RC15 with !SystemDisk on a 16GB SD Card

After several reboot, the 2GB SD Card just booted well.
This is a first step :)

Indeed, the cards are to be blamed. I tried a fresh install from scratch with !SystemDisk on another SD Card and this time, it works on the first try.
I installed the latest nightly beta rom with the correspoding HardDisc4.
I noted two issues so far: the files ‘!Boot.Choices.Boot.Desktop’ and ‘!Boot.Choices.Boot.PreDesktop’ are missing causing error when trying to change the keyboard layout or the app to run. I had to copy them from another installation. Is this normal?

Your first startup should populate those directories from the relevant Hook directory.
