My personal opinion is that the best place is through the UI: Open Configure, go to Boot, and add the app to the Run list. |

I have always preferred to use using commands CBoot and CRun which I set up in after the Aliases section, thus:

For convenience I have a folder in the root called Startup. In there I have files that are run during startup, using the Boot – run at startup option. This means if I need to re-create the startup environment, all the bits are in one place ready, and I don’t have to remember which things I start, and where they are. |
