Forum registration failures

Hi,

On Facebook there are a couple of RISC OS users in the RISC OS Pi group who cannot register a new login on this site.
They are not receiving their registration e-mail.

Is this a known issue? Are there any records of registration e-mails that would likely the user names below? i,e Roger Voss and Dave Park.

How should I advise them to proceed to resolve this?

Dave Park Yes. Several months ago. Contacted them. No reply.

It seems like no one knows how to reply to this (polite silence). I was able to create a new account, by way of experiment with no problems.

However, Roger Voss is stuck "

But I can’t login to the previous account because its not been authorized. I tried to use the forgot-password option but it never sent me anything.

I do hope it’s not in his spam folder. Otherwise, could it be a bug in the forum database.

I’m going to try e-mail the sysadmins now. However, both users on the RISC OS Pi forum previously tried this and got no reply.

I can’t see accounts under either of those names. Perhaps the accounts have been deleted (I was going to do it myself), so they should try to create new accounts.
