Hello all! Does anyone have any information on the total number of Archimedes machines sold by Acorn? |

I have a figure of around 600,000 in mind but I can’t remember why. I have some old Acorn Annual Reports at home so I’ll dig those out and have a look. |

Some initial findings, that seem to fit with the other numbers here: 1987 Turnover £36.10m 200 staff – Launch of the Archimedes “Acorn is now the UK number one supplier of 32-bit RISC machines with an installed base of over 150,000 units.” |
