Encoding file for KinoAmp

Can anyone suggest what settings one can use on Handbrake or ffmpeg to encode a file that KinoAmp will play (on an ArmBook).

In BatchFFMPEG, as I remember ;-), I use something like

ffmpeg -y -i file.avi -r 25 -qscale 5 -vcodec mpeg2video -vf scale=720:-1 file.vob

Is also in !Store. You need this ffmpeg or this ffmpeg.
