StrongEd bug?

If I use StrongEd (4.69f11) to show a task window, the lines are frequently not wrapped correctly. It doesn’t matter what the wrap width is. It’s particularly obvious if I use the ex command.

Has anybody else encountered this? (I’d have included an image but I can’t see a way of including a local image in here.
