Tungsten build from source

After some years I’ve got my Iyonix up and running again. Is there a source code tarball available that compiles on a Iyonix? Maybe 2.24? |

Perhaps it’d be better to download and install the stable 5.24 first, and try building the dev ROM on that? |

It should build where does it fail? What version of Acorn C are you using? (just type cc in a taskwindow) |

fails how? Is it a problem with the download or an Iyonix issue? We have no way of knowing from the report given. The Tungsten development ROM has just built here, on a Titanium, but did need a bit of help. The untarbz2 error’d at the end. Prepare source code archive 16:35:58 Repeat: Directory 'ADFS::ROOL.$.ROOL.Tungsten.Tungsten.*.RiscOS' not found Double click on |

It runs a long time but no luck at the end :( First error is: Things like: And the end is: AMU: * ‘install_rom’ not re-made because of errors * Error running make install_rom on module ‘HAL_Tungsten’. At build I had all boxes with Export or ROM in the name ticked |

Because I messed up. Checking my email history and memory I found I installed a emailed DDE update but failed to get the original DDE29 personalised ZIP file electronic download. Thanks for spotting that. Now I need to see how I can get access to the personalised ZIP file electronic download. |

I did get a new link by emailing ctools@riscosopen.org and after successful download and install of DDE29c the RiscOS 5.27 build went fine. |
