I sent an allocation request on 15 July but have had no reply. Is Ben away?

I had an email from Ben on 27th, but he might have been on the beach to send it. Check your spam folder? Some people’s swallow ROOL emails whole, else resend just in case the opposite was true and the request got spam trapped.
