CLib Library chunks

A few years back I added some basic CLib SWI documentation in particular detailing the size and titles of library chunks 1 (Kernel functions) and 2 (C functions) for APCS_A / APCS_R / APCS_32. At some point chunks 4 and 5 were added to CLib, but as far as I can tell were not documented.

What are the libraries and are the functions/entries documented anywhere?
