Odd Broken Link

On the web page www.midcounties.coop/account/dashboard/share-of-profits/ the link, highlighted as “find out more here”, in the section headed “The Co-operative Membership Share account”, seems to me to be badly broken. I have tried various browsers including a recent version of Firefox, Otter browser, Google Chrome and Netsurf and get, in one case “page unavailable”, and in all other cases a blank page (0 bytes) which in some of these cases couldn’t be saved out. The source code for this link is I pointed this out in an email to membership at Midcounties Coop to be told that “Our website is best used on Google Chrome”. So I did just that on my Wife’s laptop running the OS from hell which has a current version of Google Chrome (87.0.4280.88) and, guess what, it gave a blank page! Funny that. I tested the page “share-of-profits” on the W3C validator and the result was 6 errors and 3 warnings. Find the web page here , |

Yes, my bad. It’s a re-direct to a different link, which you will notice is on HTTPS while your starting URL is HTTP and the named file doesn’t exist at that location – or possibly has the wrong permissions. |
