Video Conferencing on RISC OS?

How much of video conferencing can be done on RISC OS?

I believe there is a web page only version of Zoom, for example. If so, could we be silent, unseen partcicpants?
The Zoom App has Linux, Mac OS, iOS, Chrome OS, Android and Windows versions; but how difficult would it be to get any parts of it to work on RISC OS? By `parts`, I am thinking of sound input, sound output, video input and video output.

Zoom web client and Google duo just about work on a Pi 4B running Linux. RISC OS is way off that, it would need new USB and networking stacks, full use of multiple cores, hardware video acceleration and a browser capable of using all of that.

BTW I work for a video conferencing company these days, but neither of the two mentioned.
