USB Ethernet on RPi

Does anyone know whether the RO port to RPi implements a USB class
driver for the Ethernet?

EDIT: Ignore me, just found EtherUSB !Readme :

• CDC Ethernet:
  USB standard for ethernet devices.
  Identified by USB class 2, subclass 0, protocol 0 + USB descriptors.
  → Not functional.

I’ve actually tried a “Pegasus” usb 1 device & that works fine, albeit somewhat slowly of course.
