Standalone PHP on Pi4

Hi, a little while ago I asked on here about getting WebJames with PHP running on a Pi4, and was directed to use the tools !PatchSWP and !Patch to get it to work, which it now does.

I’m now trying to get !PHP (the standalone version) running on my Pi4 with RISC OS 5.28. I’ve tried the same process of patching using the utilities above, but it still doesn’t run, causing the machine to halt until a alt-break is issued. I’m using the updated php Absolute file that was created by Chris Gransden (dated 8-Oct-2016).

Has anyone else managed to run the standalone !PHP app on a Raspberry Pi 4?

Did you download it from https://www.riscosports.co.uk/vfp/webjames.zip. If so it should work fine on RPi 4.
It did when tried just now.

Thanks Chris. Yes that’s the one I’ve used. And I’ve re-downloaded it to check.
But I found the problem. I had an alias set that was directing it to an old copy elsewhere on my drive.

So thank you for your prompt response, and I can now confirm that it does indeed work on my RPi4.
