Indeed. I’m back to using a Beagleboard as the daily driver, as fishing the Titanium’s keyboard up from under the desk – not to mention propping the main keyboard out of the way so that there’s space to use the second one on my small desk – is not exactly convenient. |

Most of the time I VNC in to my RISC OS Pi 4 from my main Linux box, as its easier than changing the keyboard and HDMI switches. The performance is acceptable unless you are doing something very graphics heavy, in which case I switch to it directly. I do keep the USB cable unplugged most of the time, so it doesn’t die when I switch past it to my other machines – including an identical Pi 4B running Linux which has no issues with the USB soft switching. |
