WordHound

Has anyone managed to get WordHound to work on modern 32-bit systems without using Aemulor? Colin Ferris posted the following on 15/09/18.
(From topic “Is there a 32bit version” in Community Support subforum) After substituting his !Run and !RunImage files for the old ones, !WordHound didn’t work. Error messages complained that there was no sprite (Indeed, the icon for the application is the default Application icon.), then that fuzzy was a bad command and, finally, that suites was a bad command. Settings for these commands can be found in the Setup file which I haven’t changed. |

I think the problem is that my non-32-bit WordHound is version 1.25 and Colin Ferris’s !runimage is for the 1.17 version. The latter works for the 1.17 version. My mistake was not to take notice of version numbers. Version 1.25 has some features importsnt to me that are not in version 1.17. Colin, wherever you are in cyberspace, could you 32-bit the 1.25 version so that I don’t need to keep using Aemulor? |
