Packaging guidance

Just to report that on the Packaging Guide page there is a paragraph headed “What do all the options mean?” with two links, one to Drobe and the other to the RiscPkg policy manual. Both are broken. I hope someone knows where to find the stuff and can correct the links!

The Drobe article and the policy manual are both archived. However, it’s probably best not to link to the archives from the wiki document.

I’ve fixed the links – various ones on that page were outdated. I should probably import the Drobe article into a local wiki page, but I’ve linked to the archived version for now.
