Trying to login to UCL library, I got as far as entering my barcode and password and clicking on Login, but no response, the page remained the same. I tried this with 3 browsers on 3 operating systems with the same result: Iris on RISC OS, Chromium on Linux and Firefox on Android. I waited about 5 minutes in case the server was slow and then, out of desperation, I tried something that I didn’t expect to work: got the cursor in the URL field and pressed Enter on the keyboard, low and behold I was in! I have never encountered this before. What’s going on? |
