Heat sink for Titanium

I’m finally going to assemble my Elesar Titanium. Is a heatsink recommended? If so any suggestions?

My Ti-board comes with a heatsink but I have mounted a fan on top.
I have a small case and the “air condition” was not enough if I convert a lot of videos over night with max. CPU-Speed.
CPUClock was going “red” and slow down the Ti very often. With the fan all things “green”.

I’ll be installing two fans. One is on the bottom of the case to draw in cooler air and one on the back to pull the hot air out. I haven’t even opened the box yet for the titanium. What case did you install it in to? I’m going with either a Kabiou C1 or the Silverstone Alta G1M. Do you have any photos of your machine?

…but installed in a small shelf with little space.
